How can I open a trading account?
It is simple and quick. Click Open Live Account , fill in the form and upon completion you will receive an email and/or SMS with your login details that you can use to log in to our secure platform. Here you will be able to fund your trading account by clicking the Deposits tab (Wallet icon) at the top.
How long does it take to open a trading account?
If the details are filled out correctly, it takes less than 2 minutes.
How can I start trading?
If you have already opened a trading account, received your login details by email and/or SMS, and made a deposit; the next step is to start trading You can find detailed guidance to our trading platform here.
Will my funds be protected at 24Domino?
All retail clients' funds of GF Markets LLC (that owns 24Domino) are protected in the event of default by GF Markets LLC.

How do I deposit funds to my account?
You can make a deposit inside the app once you are logged in, and go to our funding options that suits you best. There are no fees on deposits.

24Domino offers a variety of payment methods including credit and debit cards, e-Wallets, Mobile Payment Methods, Bank Wire transfers.  You should note that we do not accept cash deposits.

What supporting documents do I need to provide in order to be able to withdraw money from my account?
1) A color copy of a valid passport or other official identification document issued by authorities (e.g. driver's license, identity card, etc). The identification document must contain the client's full name, an issue or expiry date, the client's place and date of birth or tax identification number and the client's signature.
2) A recent utility bill (e.g. electricity, gas, water, phone, oil, Internet and/or cable TV connection, bank account statement) dated within the last 6 months and confirming your registered address.

How many positions can I open?
You can open unlimited number of positions.
What is the minimum amount I can trade?
The minimum amount you can trade is $5 or equivalent €5.
What is the maximum amount I can trade?
The maximum amount you can trade per position is $50 or equivalent €50 and you can open unlimited positions.
In which currencies can I deposit money into my trading account?
You can deposit money in USD for now.
How can I reset my password?
If you have forgotten the password of your trading account, please go to your login page and click forgot password link and follow the process. if you have any issues please contact support@24domino.com to reset it.
How long does it take for funds to reach my bank account?
It depends on the country the money is sent to. Bank wires to some countries may take up to 5 working days.
How long does it take to receive my money after I make a withdrawal request?
Your withdrawal request is processed by our back office within 24 hours. You will receive your money on the same day for payments made via e-wallet, while for payments by bank wire or credit/debit card it usually takes 3 - 10 business days.
How long does the deposit/withdrawal take by credit card, e-wallet or any other payment method?
All deposits are instant, except for the bank wire transfer. All withdrawals are processed by our back office in 24 hours during business days. Please see our payments page for more details.
Are there any deposit/withdrawal fees?
We do not charge any fees for our deposit/withdrawal options.
